Violation of Georgia Substance Act in Gwinnett County Success Story

A gentleman called the office stating that he was arrested inside of a hotel with drugs and drug making tools. He said his public defender was not giving his best effort towards his case. After meeting with him in person I decided to accept his case. His original sentence prior to me being retained on the case was to be incarcerated for one (1) year. After reviewing the discovery information and the evidence, I was able to get the sentence reduced to thirty (30) days to be served on house arrest.
